Twitter Updates 10/13/2012
Tweet Hmm, timely.is is closing down and now I need to move to another service to post my twitter updates. At the moment it looks like Buffer.ly is the closest alternative, but of course it isn’t free – which sucks. Anyone use anything else to schedule interesting twitter updates? I know I read most of this stuff in the middle of the night or at 4am so post most of these through out the day using a service. The Most Important Online CRM and Social CRM Apps
Tweet You thought I was kidding when I said that the Salesforce.com’s strategic advantage in the CRM space was quickly disapearing? Have a look at this infographic that specifically addresses the Online and Social CRM space. There is a growing number of apps that are coming out. Looking at the innovation that is happening from older and newer companies it is hard to see how Salesforce.com will survive as an unprofitable company in this business. Of course that is why Salesforce.com is trying to move into other businesses (where the competition is tougher and the margins are lower)…. CRM Apps Social CRM … Read entire article »

What Happened To Cloud Productivity?
Tweet Thinking about cloud based productivity tools, it seems that there is a lot of perception issues that I’d like to help clear up.
